Lyndsey Littlefield, Director

Lyndsey’s involvement in the Miss America Organization dates back to 2013. Lyndsey held the 2019 title of Miss Massachusetts, graduated debt-free from BSU with a degree in Biology, and has her Masters in teaching STEM.

Today Lyndsey is a Biomedical Science teacher with Project Lead The Way and a dance teacher at Erin Rae’s School of Dance.

She was a competitor on Season 14 of American Ninja Warrior. She is a proud cat mom and looks forward to paying it forward as a thank-you to all that this organization has done for her.

Erin Rae McNamara, Director

Erin Rae McNamara is the owner of Erin Rae’s School of Dance. Erin takes pride in her acts as a teacher and choreographer daily. Erin Rae’s School of Dance is a proud member of I.D.E.A. (International Dance Entrepreneurs Association), the I.D.E.A. Mentoring Team, and the Gold Alliance Group.

Erin has been involved in the Miss America Organization since 2015 serving as a business manager, a mentor, and now a director.

Erin’s mission is to foster confidence in her students and titleholders.

Kyle Francoeur, Operations Director

Kyle Francoeur graduated from Bridgewater State University with a degree in History. Kyle is a High School History teacher and coaches indoor and outdoor track and field and cross country.

In his free time, Kyle enjoys running distance and competing in Ninja competitions. Kyle proposed to his fiance Lyndsey in June; and together they are proud parents of their sphynx cat, Liza.

Kyle looks forward to being able to provide scholarships through this organization.

Rachael Letendre, Public Relations

Rachael Letendre attended the University of Rhode Island with a springboard diving scholarship and graduated in 1997 with a BS in Zoology and a minor in Chemistry.

She is the mother of two very active homeschooled children and with her husband, own and operate Eric Letendre’s Dog Training School in Westport.

She is also a dance teacher, specializing in Acro, at Erin Rae’s School of Dance.

She is excited to be a part of the Miss America Organization.

Vanessa Vasconcellos, Field Operations

Vanessa Vasconcellos graduated from BCC with an Associate in Arts. She’s currently attending Fitchburg State University to obtain a Bachelor’s Degree in Occupational Education. She is a High School medical assistant instructor and SkillsUSA Advisor.

Vanessa has been married to her husband Joseph for 13 years and together for 22 years. They have an 11-year old daughter, Alaina, who has been part of the Mayflower Princess program. Vanessa has been part of the Scholarship Organization since 2018.

Jillian Howarth, Field Operations

Jillian is currently a full-time student at the University of Massachusetts where she is pursuing a degree in social work. She has worked in the healthcare and social service field for the past 10 years, most recently working as a care coordinator for the Community Partners Program at Family Service Association.

She grew up playing the piano and dancing competitively at Erin Rae’s School of dance, earning several titles. She later taught both competitive and recreational classes for several years.

Jillian resides in Fall River with her husband, Chris, and two cats!
