Lily Jeswald
Type 1 Diabetes & Me: Generation Z Rising Up
My name is Lily Jeswald, and I am honored to hold the title of Miss Southeastern Massachusetts. I am a graduate of Dean College with degrees in English and Theatre and currently a working as a Special Education Teacher in Massachusetts.
My community service initiative is Type 1 Diabetes & me: Generation Z Rising Up! Inspired by my students, I wrote ‘You Can’t Catch It,’ which is available for purchase on Amazon; thiis book aims to help children find a character that they can relate to, while educating their classmates on what T1 Diabetes is. I have also published a healing journal for T1 Patients. This journal helps patients regain their power as they learn to navigate their new world.
Additionally am a proud seller of Gluco Glam Girl; a line of purses I designed specifically to hold medical supplies and other T1 Warrior apparel. This mission has become so much more than sugar and insulin; it’s about overcoming adversity. I am excited to continue my year serving my community and representing T1 Warriors.

Marianna McCallum
Bee Kind, You Can’t Rewind
My name is Marianna McCallum, and I am honored to hold the title of Miss Southeastern Massachusetts’ Teen. At 17 years old, I am currently attending the Walnut Hill School for the Arts, where I am part of the Class of 2026.
I aspire to earn my BFA at the University of Michigan, with a minor in carpentry or technical theater, aiming for a career on Broadway.
My community service initiative, Bee Kind, There’s No Rewind, reflects my commitment to making a positive impact in my world by encouraging generational kindness throughout our communities. I am a proud published author of “Beeatrix Finds Her Walnut Tree” which was written with the mission to empower our community to grow and thrive in a more loving and positive world. Using my experiences and to drive my message to educate students about bullying, while acting as a voice for my peers who are learning to soar on and off the stage of their life.
